Secondly, you guys never update the icons at all, so it's totally fair actually. Yet how it's currently set up, I've never bothered to ask for one because nobody gives a shit apparently.

Thirdly, it should be set up so that the USERS can do this shit. It's so retarded the way it's set up now. And if you don't want to have to recognize new avatars every week, look at your profile and turn the option to set avatar's off.
