So my roomate went to the Double D Saloon (old west style tittie club) with a couple buddies last night. They got tanked and like idiots one of them decided to drive home. Well, he gets pulled over and taken in for DUI and another cop drives my roomate and another friend to a 7-11 where they can be picked up. When the cop drops em off at the 7-11 he asks them if they've been smokin marijuana. They say no. He then proceeds to do a marijuana test on them. He makes them open their mouth and stick out their tongue so he can look inside and then he makes them close their eyes and tilt their head back. That was it. He found no signs. Anyone ever heard of this test? How could he know if they had been smoking just by making them do those things? And what could he have done if he saw signs that they had been?

Sounds like bullshit to me. If he wasn't already going to arrest them for public intox, there's really nothing more he could have done even if he proved they were high. Maybe search them more thoroughly for possession.

edit- although he doesn't have to give them any tests to search them quite thoroughly, once they're already in custody in relation to a DUI.

See if he could enduce paranioa?

my issue is not education, my issue was learning to meny languages when i was growing up, thus fucking each of them and rendering them to the current status..

So ya know, Same explenation, diffrent time. i'm sure this will be covered in the next year or so again.. it seems to be an annual kinda deal.

as for any vocal Communitcation, i am fine.

I think your friends proved that they were high by 1. Being your friends and 2. Actually doing the stupid fucking test.

Hummm, i am contantly improving..

its just a slow process to curb the old habbits that i have had for most of my life.
