well i played 1.30 for a while 2 years ago and i wanted to know if anyone knew some ip's to good insta or berilium server...

Update the game with the latest patch, Point Release 1.32. This update includes up-to-date game fixes as well as PunkBuster, Anti-Cheat software used to prevent online cheating.

In order to join PunkBuster enabled servers you must enable PB by typing "/pb_cl_enable" in the console (press the tilde key: ~ on your keyboard to open the console while in-game). In addition, you should enter "/pb_sleep 500" and "/pb_system 1" in the console in order to reduce any slowdown or stuttering due to PunkBuster's scanning.

As for finding instagib and beryllium servers, I suggest you download a game server browser, such as Qtracker or The All-Seeing Eye. Both should enable you to filter out servers--such that your preferred game types only show up in the results.

seta pb_security "0" is another that helps with what cooldown said about slowdown.
