HOW DO I MAKE SHADERS FOR QUAKE 3?????????????????

Hey guys im stick like a month with this problem. So i have gtkradiant 1.5 and I have made a pk3 file with all my custum textures divided each in other maps like: "metal", glass, etc...
When I build a map in my radiant program it always shows the error that it doesn't finds a shader file like this:

WARNING: Couldn't find image for shader textures/dxbrick/coretexbrick.utx-brick
So I have searched google for "how to make shaders" but I always hit unclear tuts that make my head hurts.
At the first place I liked to know how to make a basic shader file only for basic textures without anything else.

This is not the place to ask about shaders (it's a scripting language not a programming language). I already answered your question on your other thread.

O i thought so and srry i will correct this.
ps: shader manual of yours really helped =p
