Before you go to bed, eat something, drink a couple of big glasses of water and take 2 advil.

Then, the next morning you eat a hearty breakfast and drink water all day. If you can force yourself to do something active it helps too.

Advil, water, and a B complex if you have it before passing out. Water is probably the most important thing, and lots of it. The next day, greasy food, sauna and steam room if you have access, activity, maybe sleep if it was a real bender.

I'm actually never hung over. I do get sick and puke my brains out for like 2 hours after I get home. Then I go to bed and I usually wake up just fine. In situation where I'm just drunk, I drink loads of water just before I got to bed or I wake up and I'm thirsty as hell and drink some more water.

As far as I can remember I only got a hang over once and only remember drinking and eating lots of sugars.

some water before going to bed helps a lot. personally i dont hang over much. unless gky is in town ofcourse

I know about all the prevention tricks - the thing is i forget about them when i'm drunk.

Also, the eating of raw fish the day after strengthens the stomach and spreads feelings of warmness & joy throughout the entire body. Try it sometime, it really works.

I avoid sugar when I drink at all costs. Sweet drunk hangovers are the worst. Also this is a hard one for smokers, but don't smoke while drinking. I used to smoke and since I quit, hangovers are not near as bad as when I did smoke. I noticed a huge difference.

Drink a glass of water after or with every drink of alcohol. Eat something with salts and electrolytes (i.e. saltines, pretzles, etc.) while you drink.
Eat well the next day. Stay hydrated. Go outside.

one trhing i figured is if i doen overdrink to the point redunduncy mode,

i doen get a hangover

i stopped getting drunk; best cure for hangover yet.

Ive often gone out and drunk quite a bit but im one of those people who never gets hangovers. So as of yet I dont know what its like...

But as mentioned previously and from what I've heard of, its good to when you're out drinking occasionaly drink water inbetween rounds and before you go to bed.
