Explorer.exe - Drive not ready

I just recently got a rather nasty virus on my PC. After spending a few hours installing software to remove it, I found only one that would "fix" my problem, a program called True Sword. After "fixing" the problem, everything went back to normal. My PC desktop works perfectly fine, and several scans from AdAware, SpyBot, True Sword etc show no sign of anything. Virus free.
However, if I reboot, I get an annoying message:
"Explorer.exe - Drive not ready
The Drive is not in use; Its door may be open. Please check Drive A: and make sure a disk is inserted and that the drive door is closed."
Its a tricky one. It wont let me click the "Cancel/Retry/Ignore" box for about 30 seconds, then I can click whatever, wait 5 seconds, and it comes up again. After this one, it just loads windows as normal and I see no problems or difference in running windows...?
Its quite annoying, becuase the A: drive is a floppy, with no disk in it, and its only happened since yesterday, after installing True Sword. Having checked the program itself, I cant see anything from it that would make it moan (like start up protection), and several Google search sessions have left me blank.
Puzzled? I bloody well am.
Anybody offer any advice? I've tried system restore, but sods law its the new year, and my PC deleted all the restore points before yesterday, heh.
Thanks in advance.
