Cell Shaded Quake 3 - Check it out!

I couldn't find anything on it, so I thought I'd start a thread.
Apparently, its only a global shader or summat, and it makes the entire game, and any mods you run, cell shaded. Which is awesome. The pics are lame, try it out for yourself.

However, its installer kind of sucks, so I packaged the file you need myself, and my little rar version comes with the older version, which i found on fileplanet but /cannot/ remember the link. The older versions screenshots are shown above, and the screenshots for the new version are on the site.
and I took one of gibs with the new version, just because it looks so cool.
of course, if you dont trust my mirror, go ahead and use the site one, from sourceforge. Same files.
