where do i find the baseq3 file for quake i cant find it on my computer, i can play quake and all but i wanna know where that file is i cant find it

in the same directory your q3a.exe is.
its a folder, not a file

I gotta be honest though. If you don't have the basic computing skill of being able to locate a folder by searching for it by name, you probably shouldn't fuck about with the contents of any game folders.

its not there dude seriously it cant find it i only have demo too,
and another thing, can i get quake 1.16 with quake demo im on 1.11 now

There's no baseq3 for the demo. It's called demoq3 I think.
And you can't do jack shit with the demo, including patches. Just buy the full version for like 5 quid off steam.
