I don't see this happening ever. It would be bad for people like me who would get pissed off and pull out said weapon[s] when frustrated.

If it does go through ever... I want it to be allowed in the workplace as well.

realistically it doesn't stand a chance but the subject could be hours of fun in a philosophy class

Yesterday at lunch I was speaking to a Texan who takes any chance he can to apologize for Bush. He seems to have his head on straight for the most part...except when he told me proudly,"In Texas nobody fucks with you because - with the concealed weapons laws - you never know who's packing a gun."

I asked him if the threat of people getting shot was the only way to control the populance into acting civilized. He shrugged, said "I guess so" then shut up and concentrated on eating his food. He didn't seem too proud at that moment.
