Satellite IP, you know how to and $?

I’m planning to spend a few months at my parents’ country house.
They have the phone but no cable TV. I could get an IP using the phone line but just for the fun of it, I would like to try the satellite.
BTW I am in Canada for those of you who don’t know already.
