copy/pastye drag/drop in vista not working

so lol? I tried changing some services around but no go...anyone had this issue before? It used to work ust fine but all of a sudden windows defender got back online and ever since I can't do shit with my own computer.
is windows defender the issue here?

Probably not. I'm running Defender here and have no problems of the sort.

heh,I followed directions online, and at the very most they had no effect
