MS Word question

This is a somewhat of a silly question, but can someone please tell me how to do all capitalized letters, except the first letter is slightly larger than the other letters? Working on a paper, and I'm not too sure how to do it. Thanks!

thats more of a typography concept than a wordprocessing concept (ie indesign supports this natively)
I'd imagine your best bet is to change case to upper, then select the first letter and give it a bigger font size manually.

I don't have Word in front of me to check, but it should be similar to Openoffice... and for that you go to Format>>Character>>Font Effects
One of the options in there is "Small Capitals"
