I flicked his friend off of my chair no more than 5 minutes go. At least I am assuming it was his friend. It could have been his mate or mother for all I know. But this I do know. He is now my only friend. There is a fly in my house. No wait, there is the other one. He must have survived the flicking. He survived the swat too. This fly just won’t give up. Why can’t he be more like his counterpart? Just leave me be and I’ll leave you be. This is terrible writing. Just me and the flies. The lamp seems to attract them. Light attracts us all. All as in all creatures, large and small. There’s something about light. Even scientists haven’t figured out the vast complexities of light. Nothing can move faster than light. That is something in itself right there. And the nearer get to that speed, the slower time becomes. Time is something that I don’t understand. I am living in this moment. They say that if you can learn to enjoy the now, you can be happier. Who are they? I guess people that are happy. The flies just won’t give up. I guess because their life span is so short they have nothing to look forward to, so they just bug the hell out of you. They are running around looking for food and a mate. That’s what we’re all doing I suppose. Who would want to read this? Some person’s random thoughts. Maybe I’ll find some place on the internet where people can submit their thoughts. Why would it thrill someone to read a person’s thoughts that they have never met. That damn dog has been barking for the past 10 months. I know this because my lease is up in two months. And he hasn’t stopped yet. I’ve fantasized about putting antifreeze in a squirt gun and shooting it at that yipping ass dog. But I could never do it. I love dogs. It just sucks living next to a dog like that. Why don’t I kill these flies? Is it because they’re the only interaction I have with another life form? Maybe.
