the online server system

this morning i could play quake arena on line, and this afternoon the program tells me there is no servers detected.
am i doing something wrong?

I read the FAQ. The All-Seeing Eye is no longer available and Qtracker seems to be pay.
EDIT
Thought I already had the point relased installed.
Worked better after I installed them.
