Out of body experience

Ever had an out of body experience? I've had 3 now in my lifetime and they have all occured when standing in front of a mirror. Strange, strange feeling.

i had one of them, i shit my pants woke up and went 'woah thats totally outter body' and went back to bed

I tend to have out of body experiences after severe sleep deprivation. Have had two or three really surreal ones ..

Never, my sister had one when she went to a yoga thing, it fucked her up for about a month

I had something similar to a obe, basicly in the middle of the night I heard very load music then I felt like my upper body was lifted up and I felt vibrations. It felt very real, not exactly sure what it was thou.

I've had many, its strange. It mostly happens when I clear my mind.
