The Watchmen trailer.
I had originally written this movie off as being impossible to pull off, and not worth bothering with. I still doubt that they'll manage to do it justice, but the trailer does inspire some confidence that they'll create
something worth watching in trying.

Just found this random piece of information on the 'net. Since I found it on the internet anonymously and unofficially, it's the complete truth.
They're filming the Black Freighter parts, but leaving those out for the film (it'd be an extra hour they said...and the movie is already going to be long). However, they're filming it so they can put it into the DVD for the hardcore fans. ^_^
WHOOT.
Assuming that's true, that actually makes me excited for this movie for the first time.

Looks great. Dunno about the music though. Sure, Billy Corgan is somewhat of a freak too, but really?

Amazing footage.
The actors still seem way too young for washed up, middle aged superheros. But still, the mood is right, eh?

Yea, I'm apprehensive, but hopeful. As long as they get Rorschach, Manhattan and Veidt right they should be able to pull it off.
