Potholes and Islands.

I posted some pics of this flood that happened near my place not long ago. these to be specific.
This is the result, one major pothole about 4 months later.
I also went for a hike to this island that I'm technicly not supposed to go to... but what the hell I do it anyway.
This is the path there... it's tough, it's about 45 minutes of this terrain.
The island itself is interesting, it's called Partridge Island they used to basicly run everyone through this island when they came to north america like a quarentine area. If you got sick, you stayed on the island.... and died most of the time. lots of irish died.
later it served as a main defense point against the germans. this is some of their buildings
the cross is an irish memorial from all the ones that died.

Hope you like, was fun hiking up there but sore as hell plus like an idiot I didn't take a pic of the wall we had to scale to get on the island. fun times.
