Q4 Game Saves From Windows to Mac

Hi Folks, been a while since I last posted but finally found some time to get back into Quake 3 & 4. Question I have though is whether I can move my Q4 game saves file from a PC install to a Mac install ?

I'll give it a go (was playing Q4 on Vista using a Parallels VM - worked ok until there was too much happening onscreen, then it ground to a crawl). Have since bought the Mac version, and the gfx & playability are great.
Good news about the prize DM - can I choose ?

Nope, you get a T-Shirt custom designed by Grandpa Stu. As soon as I get the one he sent me. If that ever happens.
