this WoW update sucks

1.40 came out earlier.. they brought the realms back up, only to realize that they had a logout bug. brought all the realms down, patched that, put em up again (after 4 hours) and now i try to log in, finally get on. not 10 seconds later i get a message saying the server will be shut down in 1 min

it's almost expected now. it happens on every patch. they don't test very thoroughly i guess.

lol I used to play EQ back in the day. I never had much time for it though. I heard wow is better because of the resting experience thing which is a pretty cool concept.

thats not all that makes it better.. the game hits everything that makes a good mmo. you should get addicted too

I likely would if I had a pc at home. I was gonna get one but everytime I look into it I buy something else like a bunch of games, psp etc etc... Plus I'm rarely home so I don't want a pc cause it'd be a waste of money right now, I'd rather buy one when I know I'm not gonna be away all the time and I can enjoy it and have something that's not 5 years old cause I thought I'd buy one but never used it.

Servers are fine dude.. maybe a bit laggy in places like TM due to the honor system and people raiding like mad but its playable for sure..

Yeah its gank city.. and towns are just constantly being overrun.. its a bit much tbh..

I did PvE.. because therse more than enough PVPing going on anyways.. it just prevents getting ranked by gank squads of 10 60s rolling through lowbie areas..
Im on Whisperwind btw..

This is why CoH has a test server. They iron out just about every bug that crops up before the patches go live.

wow has a test server too, but it doesnt help. I play on lightnings blade. Its like goddamn ww3 up in here. It owns.

The bad thing is that the queers who dont have jobs or school are gonna dominate the top ranks. Those pvp weapons are bad ass too, the 1 handers do almost as much dps as the current top of the line 2 handers.

Its due out in europe this friday, so i've been preparing this week by blowing the legs off of Night Elf Hunters.
Is it just me, or are all alliance players just a liiittle bit stupid? A group of 5 of us took down refuge point for 2 hours the other night, it took 25 of them to finally wipe us all out...
