Looking for a good 22" monitor

Preferably Samsung and in the lower $200 range, but I'm open to suggestions
It'll make working with my Wacom easier and I'll use the 19" I have now for a dual-screen setup.
I'd be using it mostly for gaming, HD movies, and Photoshop work; so a good response time and lack of backlight bleeding is best.
