MotoGP of Catalunya. Better than Formula 1.

You won't see this sort of racing in a F1 race. Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi were battling each other for the victory of the race and it was stunning to watch.

Video of the last 4 laps:

Here's just the last lap if you want the short version of it, but the best things happen when there's about 2 or 3 laps to go (at least just see 2:25 to 2:40 in the 4-lap video).

edit:
The videos have been taken down. The last lap is at this time still available here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHSrPbIIATc

Which race was it, where the leader crossed cheering the finishing line, believing it was his last lap. But it was only the second last. In the end he made fourth. :olo: Must have been last week or so....

That was the 125cc race at Catalunya. Julian Simon thought he had won while he still had a lap to go. I think something similar happened one or two seasons back in the Formula 1 as well.

That was some of the best racing I've ever seen in any series, any platform, anywhere, ever.

Too bad about Lawl and Eraser's obsession with the rubber trousers, though.

Don't they look for the checkered flag?
