What is the command that you have to use to drop a powerup?
E.g, if i have the scout powerup, how do i drop it so that i can pick up another powerup?

don't think you can, only weapons/flags can be dropped.

No, /kill is disabled in QL.

You can't, except by teleporting* or dieing.
* Teleporter as in the holdable item.
