Quake3 Issue

Hello Everybody.
I've recently installed Windows XP Pro, On my new computer, Which I'm currently using as my Home Server. I use my laptop to Compile Quake3 .Net Port Done by Greg Dolley. You can search that through google and you should get his blog. It compiles and runs perfectly, on my 2 Machines with Visual C++ 2008 express edition on. I use VC++ 2008 to Compile Quake3 By The Way on my Laptop as i said earlier.
I copied quake3 (the game compiled) over to my windows server, which i made, and when i come to run it i get the error " this application cannot start, because of a incorrect configuration file" or an error something similar to that. But it works perfectly on my machines with VC++ 2008 On.
I've Searched my issue, and all I got was, about using the Visual C++ 2008 Redibstrubute package, I installed it on my server, and I run Quake3, But it still says the error, I've even installed VC++ 10 on it! And it stills shows the error.
Can anyone help me? I'm really in a kind of bad situation here, because i want to play Quake3 with my Uncle when i go to his house tommorow Friday, in the after-noon.
Kind Regards,
Owen.
