Resource for flag textures?

Does anyone know if there a good texture pack/site out there with a variety of flags/banners? Like CTF style decorative wall flags?

I'm sure there are...the old Map Center had a flag texture challenge a few years back, although I don't know where or if the textures could still be found.
I normally find a template I like (a grey scale image) via google images, then build the flag texture layer by layer over the top...quick example:

This was supposed to be the download link for the map center map challenge packs.
I'll keep trying to find another working link and if there's nothing left I'll upload the pack personally because I got it on my HDD (actually used a few flags recently).
