Asus M4A78-E
Phenom II 940 BE Quad core @ 3 Ghtz
4GB DDR2 800 mhz
GTX 260 core216 896 mb o/c to 650/1401/1025
I-INC 25" hd LCD @ 1920x1080
1 wd 1 tb
1 wd 500 gb
Win 7 64 bit

Very happy with this setup. Runs everything very well.

Games I've been playing recently:
Stalker SoC
Stalker Clear Sky
Fallout 3

Clear Sky with the settings cranked up is much more demanding than Chernobyl. Give that a try.

Actually no. My newer, "modern" machine is less stable, less reliable and more costly to maintain than "my first ever PC".

I'd like to upgrade my PC during the middle of the i9 era. Might grab a new video card whenever nvidia puts out a fucking DX11 generation. And what's funny is that my phone is more powerful than the first computer I bought and I'm not even that old! (Celeron 366 with a TNT2 Ultra)

@ Above: You should probably note what X-FI... the lower end X-FI cards were actually rebranded Audigy 2's :)
Just upgraded from that p5n-sli board, was unstable as hell for me.

Also, using 667 ram on that processor is a huge bottleneck :>

I've had the P5n RMA'd 8 times, and the last one they gave me works well... as a paperweight.
