really simple blog question

I want to add a blog section to my business website (not for the purpose of blogging - just a way to share some of my most current images with potential clients and maybe advertise specials, etc.). I've got no experience in running or installing a blog. Is it something I download like phpBB and get up and running, or are there good blog sites to use that do it all for you?

I'll do some research, but any suggestions are appreciated.

I've seen WordPress used for this sort of thing.

Hosted Sites - just sign up, pick a theme and you're done:
http://www.wordpress.com/
http://www.livejournal.com/
http://www.vox.com/
http://www.blogger.com/

Self-hosting - if you want a little more control over your site and if you have your own domain name, you'll have to get a web host first. Expect to pay $3-10/month. Usually, stuff like MySQL/PHP, etc is already installed, and you just have to upload and install your blogging platform. Most blogging software is fairly easy to install and just follow the attached readme. A few blogging/CMS software:
