Not that I have any idea what I'm talking about, but I'd go with the Fundies, because crazy people are entertaining.

Decent game that was, it handled the diplomacy very well. Unlike similar games like the total war series or civilization you could actually agree with an ally which enemy city to attack and stuff. No idea why this seemingly simple system was never copied. Oh and designing your own units was pretty win, too

I wouldn't play it again though, it must look very very dated by now...
