That's so retarded.
"Gay" holds several meanings depending on context and further evolves depending on cultural changes. By definition, it means to be really happy or joyful, but colloquially refers to homosexuality or a general dislike for something. Confusing context and then making an angry ad campaign about it is pretty sad.
