I imagine it works great for most people not willing to think of someone fairly obscure. Really, the list of characters and people that most users would think of should be fairly small.

Oddly... that makes sense.

It couldn't guess Vitruvius, Hippodamus of Miletus, or Xerxes.

But it guessed Miikka Kiprusoff, Erwin Rommel, Roger Waters, and Mika Hakkinen. Pretty awesome
