looking for a littel lesson

hi people!
ok so thats the deal:
i frag my friends so easy that i dont need them any more (MUHA)
but when it comes to public big 4V4 frangs i SUX
and i thought ... may be some one will be kind enough to teach me the art of fraging?
so is there any good dude that want to teach me the basic+may be some tips? plzplzplzpzl

1v1 with bots

Meh. Bots have no skill, only aim. Plus, playing offline doesn't learn you how to deal with lag BS. Just hop on a server and get your ass raped a few times. You'll get better gradually.

Fixed.
At the level people are at currently, it would take no less than a year for someone with no experience to get good.

Play some FFA at first to get a feel of the game.
Then play some CTFS and/or RA3 to figure out what weapons you're good with. (i prefer CTFS over ra3 because you can learn both offensive and defensive tactics with each weapon)
Once you feel comfortable start playing 1v1 to get your game skill and thinking up.

as mentioned, remember it will take quite some time before you actually beat someone with the level most q3'ers are cuurently playing on.
