.bat file question.

Working on a program to store all the servers I go to in CS 1.6. Steam's little app sucks ass and I'm getting sick of rebuilding my list once a week.
So I have it all working like I need it, but I'm having problems sending the ip to the game. Can anyone tell me what needs to be in the .bat file to excute the game and send it straight to the server that has been picked?
