The big annoucement is on the 4th of October at the Apple offices; I am guessing that a October 21st release date is a strong possiblility

Bit sad that its gone back to the curved design, it seems. I never had the iPhone 4, so it wont seem like that much difference. Just a bit bigger screen, higher res and a little thinner

iOS 5 will certainly be pushed on Oct. 4th. I expect iPhone 4GS or whatever will be released same day and iPhone 5 will be slightly late. Also, Apple employees are forbidden from taking vacation time for the next few weeks.

don't know anything about droids but thus iPhone here doesn't impress me much. it's slow as shit too...funny how all the apple fanbois never notice things like this...even when u show them to their faces...

we switched to verizon and I was comparing droids and the iphone and honestly i think i'm going for the iphone.
better battery than the droids i'm looking at, I can jailbreak it to get around the annoying stuff, and if I don't like it I can actually sell it for more than I'll pay for it on the contract. Then I can just buy a droid and break even.
Annoying I decided to do this when they're going to announce a new phone, I'll either have a different choice or perhaps cheaper and better. I know verizon is pushing people to 4g...

I wonder if they will pull back the contract dates for people like they did with the iPhone 4. I think if you were within 6 months of a phone upgrade you could go ahead and get the phone for the new contract price. That'd be nice...

fucking iTunes is the worst pos I have ever used can't sync with 13019 error and nothing will fix it. basically have to default my shot to get it to work says random apple morons...
