wondering... how many guys/gals are actually actively making a q3 map as of this blunt point in time..

and which maps have come out recently from the old crew and new.............

anyone put anything out they want critique on or help with some aspect of?

I'm working pretty seriously on the finishing touches of gregyptctf3 blue base atm but I've always a bit of tea for a party with the map hatter.. collab work always enjoys me

Hi dude. I'm currently working on a remake of a map I posted a few weeks ago. Some maps have been released in various versions over the last few months or so.

If you check the map queue at ..::LvL (http://www.lvlworld.com/#c=m1&d=29 Nov 2011&m=All&p=queue) you you'll notice there is quite a list of 'recently' released maps.

I myself released quite a few maps also you can check 'em here: JAS blog.

As for a collab i was thinking about that myself, in terms of a 'special' gamestyle mappack wich could envolve the work of 2 or more mappers...

And what about yourself have you finished a map recently, love to see it

I still got a copy of greygypctf1 only, can't remember if I ever got the 2.

there were three different ones, but the third one was only a beta... never got released, but was given to a couple people for testing ... i cant remember who lol.

which ctf1 version do you got? i need a copy of the "gold" version...

np, regarding your gold version of gregyptctf1, do you remember where it used to be hosted on the net? If yes, take a look at the wayback machine - http://www.archive.org
it may help you in finding it back.

Also ; where's your backup? :P

oh my old files are long gone, actuallly, the hard rive is somewhere.. with the old sgi i used to use.. a 320.... as for the hosting.. maybe with rgoer or um kaz/um someone else, gosh its been ages? they used to host maps.. :P

I'm still mapping despite a forced nearly 6 month long break. I'm not sure when I'm going to have enough time again for doing any bigger updates to my maps but I'll never stop, just like this place here just won't die which is a really good thing. Always keeps you coming back for more (screenshots, motivation etc).

(not that anyone cares or anything) I'm working on my first map right now, it's based on the newest Zelda game. (no hate comments plz.) The map consists of chunks of earth floating in a wide open blue sky. I've only completed a little less than a third of the map and it's not at all close to being finished.

please don't criticize my map too much, I'm not that good at mapping...
