I noticed the small print "The number has been steadily declining with the imposition of tougher regulations, such as closing shops close to schools." in Boulder, the green room crackdown has been turned up more aggressively each year, as more and more high school students are getting caught holding stuff that was identified as not the typical ditch weed sold by street vendors, but more the super potent OG Kush type found in dispensaries. I guess the real question is, are we headed toward a zombie apocalypse?
