A 21-year-old Morgan State University student told investigators that he ate the heart and portions of the brain of a man whose dismembered remains were found in his Joppa home, according to a grisly account from the Harford County Sheriff's Office....

I like how possible side effects of "bath salts" are: "decreased unfriendliness, violent rage"
BTW how long until someone in Japan gets the idea to take a bunch of lifer prisoners convicted of violent crimes, then lock them in a big room together with 500g of bath salts per inmate. Then, broadcast the next 3 days live on TV.
