Quake3World

Have tried some maps in baseq3 with screenshot capturing, but the message doesn't show on screen, but in console it shows... The same happens in a battle against bots: No console message like Slash was railed by Xaero doesn't appear on the screen upon I open the console... Also the chat texts doesn't appear, which is important in new bots testing. The chat beep I hear, but the message doesn't appear upon console opening... If I open the console, the chats, and output console messages are here, but don't appear on the screen when the console is closed...

What happened and how to enable messages appear on screen again?

Try entering
\cl_noprint 0

in the console

cl_noprint 1 disables these messages also in the console. The messages are in the console, though. Tried to disable the cl_noprint, but the messages still don't appear... This issue seem to be only in baseq3, missionpack shows these messages on screen normaly...

try setting con_notifytime to 3
