I've been looking forward to this film, but I won't watch that. I feel trailers are showing way too much these days. And something called an "extended first look" is probably no exception.
But I'm sure the Wachowski brothers.....errrr, siblings, have another hit on their hands...

They are brothers, the "sex change" was just a rumour.
I watched the trailer and it doesn't seem to spoil the film, it shows a lot but seems to be showing the synopsis really.
