most people who I have read their last statements made serious offences and got the dead penalty.
nothing but emotional escapades about repentence for what they've done, saying last words to their beloved ones or praying that the Lord Jezus will take them in his arms and forgive them.

The first thing I realized when I saw that list is that it's a list of people that were killed. Criminals or not, the thought is still harrowing.

I read with interest the crimes committed and have sympathy for the relatives of the victims because, even though the perpetrator is dead, they still suffer
with loss.Just running with the thought that any of us, given circumstance, could be in their shoes and find our self in their situation. Wonder what I'd say

I'm not a supporter of the death penalty by any means, but it's harrowing reading arguably noble-sounding final statements, but then flicking to the case history and seeing that the guy raped and killed a kid.
