she does seem to have a problem with her thighs, as they are as fat as her buttcheeks.
Maybe the artist wanted to express that she was on a mission in the tropics and got stung or bitten by some creature, which still doesn't explain why she is wearing a bathing suit and has only random spots of camouflage on her legs.
My suggestion is that the artist, who obviously isn't one, learns about the proportions of limbs, torso and head a human body has, then starts practising on sketches untill he gets that
right, so the rubbish he creates won't make a fool out of himself.

The picture you posted of the Cammy statues are way more realistically built than the depiction of Cammy by Spazda.

If you're complaining about weird bodily proportions on Street Fighter characters, check out Chun-Li's thighs. There's something really wrong with those.

I must say that Chun-Li drawing looks pretty decent. Certainly miles better than your Lara Croft and Cammy ones.
