What is this guys point? I can't even tell if he's in favor of Romney or Obama. The situation isn't good politics for either side, and arguably unconstitutional.

It's awesome because it proves the point that all blogs run by Gawker media are staffed by writers who are sensationalist morons lacking an ounce of journalistic credability. The Fox News of blogs tries to paint a massive red target and then aims the arrow the other way.

It's not awesome because he fails miserably. It's not a novel way to bring up the issue, it's an ineffective one, because it just gives people the easy out of just spewing some bullshit about Romney. So, great issue, worthy of stuffing in people's faces, but poorly executed and therefore not awesome.
