WID- Wise In Death (Need Missing File from MOD)

Hello Quaker!
I have most of the Quake 3 WID MOD except for the v1.27 Upgrade tool
WiD 1.27 Tool
File: wid_tool.zip 400kb
I will also fire this up for others to enjoy! I found a link to the file which is bad.
I have used every protocol for this file and no luck. Whoever has this file- I will be very grateful for!!
