If I pour milk on my cereal I get huge cramps then have the shits about 2 hours later.

not really a milk guy

plus when i ate cereal i chugged it out of a glass with no spoon , i swirl to suspend then chug

When I was a kid I refused to eat cereal with milk, but now that I'm older I can't eat it without milk. Weird how your tastes change over time.

I don't eat that rubbish.

I only like Cruesli, not corn flakes or things like that. And I don't eat it with milk because I hate how it goes all soggy then. I usually eat it with yogurt. Don't eat it as breakfast either, but as a snack or desert, because that's what it is. It's not a healthy breakfast and usually loaded with sugars and other additives.

My breakfast is usually egg muffins - healthy and protien rich

The most important part of breakfast is coffee.

In Geoff's case the most important part of breakfast is kids not knocking over a glass of orange juice.
