Standard operating procedure with NK; they get sanctioned, they bark, more sanctions, they shell a little island and kill a few soldiers, more sanctions follow and they threaten nuclear attack. They're just trying to prove Kim junior is as tough as daddy - but it's all bluster and rhetoric.

The only reason this could turn into something is because China has been dropping them as an ally so they might feel the need to show they're not bluffing like they always are.

I'd put my money on them causing a small incident, like sinking a SK boat or an artillery bombardment somewhere - but the new SK president is a tough lady and one of her campaign promises was not to take any more shit from the neighbours, so that's kinda interesting. But nuclear attack? No way.

This is much more over the top than the typical n Korean routine...feedback could die...
