LSD Inventor Albert Hofmann Dead at Age 102

Albert Hofmann, the pioneering Swiss chemist and advocate of psychedelics who discovered the hallucinogenic properties of LSD, died Tuesday. He was 102.
RIP - without you, a lot of my favourite media (or a lot of my favourite patchy memories) probably wouldn't exist.

Heh, didn't know he was still alive.
Never tried it myself, the idea of so many hours of hardcore tripping makes me uncomfortable...

The tripping parts fine, it's the 12 hour comedown that sucks.
