Where's this music from?

Warning, don't watch this too long, it's a recipe for a headache. I heard the music and for the life of me can't remember where it's from. I think it's from a video game of the 90's or something, but I can't remember which one.

Ooh yes that's it I guess. Not sure why this chiptune version of it sounds so familiar to me. I've never actually seen the flash animation before.
