I think Elder Scrolls is one of the few exceptions to the sequel hate.
Maybe because they only make a new game once every 5 years, each of them vastly different in gamerules.
not sure though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Liberty City as a part of the GTA V world when it releases on xbox one/PS4.
