Yea or nay?
I'm pretty comfortable and happy the way things are, just me and my wife. I really see no reason to have kids.
Your thoughts on rug rats?

foremost, it's not a rational decision. If you're trying to rationalize wanting to have kids, you're gonna be a terrible parent.
so wait till both of you feel it's time, then see if it fits in your current living situation, ie housing, employment and financial situation.

You just need to meet the right girl. So if you're married and don't want offspring you married the wrong girl.

I love my kids. It's a lot of work though but it's also a lot of fun once they get past 3 years of age. They're still a handful don't get me wrong but it's a bit easier to enjoy the fun stuff like going sledding in the snow or going to parks and stuff.

There's also all the toys... I get to play with legos again and not feel like I'm being weird.

I was talking to xer0s, but good job throwing up an arbitrary number that's nothing to brag about in developed countries

this morning I was woken at 4:30am by a 7week old baby puking on my head.
But yeah, if you want kids you know you want em... and basically there will never be a "best" time so just go for it
You'll never make a bigger commitment!

Also have a 7 week old but working full time means the wife is looking after him and I take care of the 19 month old at nights.
Also, lol at OP asking this shit hole about life changing decisions.

yup, late night feeds for the baby are fully sorted by the wife - which made the early morning wake-up all the more shocking!
Luckily our oldest (2yrs) sleeps through anything atm

More or less the same, just the odd night of teeth trouble.
