We bought about 25 Y300's at work to run an app I developed, they're very good phones for the price but the stock Huawei launcher is awful (install Nova Launcher to make it good).

The Moto G seems to get great reviews though and is pretty much the same price.

Stay away from Samsung. Their Android customizations are absolute shite and they stuff the phone full with useless bloatware.

I've had an HTC Desire for over 2 years now. I've dropped it about 175 times and it has no damage. I think the metal casing helps a lot. I also have a soft-plastic shield around it. The screen is pretty big and very bright, doesn't scratch, and this is without a screen protector. Call quality is fine as far as I can tell... The only complaint is that the USB charging port has somehow lost its latching ability, so the charging wire will fall out pretty easily.

I have the s5, and they've really dropped a lot of the pre-installed software, I quite like the s5 compared to my s3

Download AndriodMate. Use it to uninstall whatever bloat you find. Fixed.

I use Titanium Backup for that. Froze a whole lot of shit on my S4, now the battery lasts a day longer

Scrap all other suggestions, buy a OnePlus .
