I stumbled across this the other day and thought it was worth sharing.
He is probably like any other crow and it is a little scary how and that he can solve the puzzle to get the food.

I'm reminded of how smart they are every time I drive down the empty interstate in northern NH and VT. They pick at food on the roads and know just when to fly or hop away when a car is coming. They even understand they need to get out of the way faster if I speed up or change lanes. They're cocky enough to miss being hit by mere feet, and often just walk out of the way of my car.

I am told, out here in the bush, they can tell the difference between a stick and a rifle. They are certainly smarter than we give them credit for.

A very interesting video. Scary on quite another level. As he says crows are really thriving. They're found everywhere on the planet, but not Antarctica or the southern tip of South America.. "Exponential growth"
