I had home made Moroccan Chicken Tajine last night, with all sorts of spices, couscous and some vegetables.
It was good. Could've put in a bit more salt and garlic though.

No the chicken stir fry, but don't knock juicing. It's really effective.
I started out at 205lbs, juiced down to 190 in a week and then worked out and ate well for the rest. Feeling the way I felt at 205 working out would have been too exhausting but at 190 I felt much better and working out wasn't so bad.
I'm still dropping weight though atm. I'm looking to slim down to 160lbs.

Right now I am just putting together a salad consisting of shaved ham (off the bone) & salad, again forgoing the chips.
Adding a slice of bread or two, but washed down not with a cold beer, but a glass or two of a chardonnay, served in chilled* classes from the freezer.
